Protection of your personal information
Who is responsible
The person in charge will be designated soon.
What we collect, and why
To come.
Where your information is kept
- Your information is kept in France (Paris), by Hostinger.
- A continuous backup, encrypted, stays on the same server.
- To recover it after a failure, an encrypted copy is kept in the United States, by Hostinger.
- Hostinger also keeps a weekly backup of the whole server, in Germany. We do not encrypt it ourselves.
- Each month, we check that a backup can be restored, on a temporary server from Hetzner Cloud in Germany or in Finland. That server is destroyed after the test.
Artificial intelligence
Anthropic provides an artificial intelligence model to the application's assistant and to the platform's maintenance agent. It receives numbers in place of names, such as “Client 42”; never a name, contact details or sensitive information. The place of processing is not guaranteed: it may happen in another country. Its retention period is to come.
A name is shown to it only when a team member asks for it, one at a time. Each request is logged.
Team members may also look at the data through their own AI assistant (Claude Code). It also receives numbers in place of names. Its retention depends on each person's account.
How long we keep it
The retention periods for your information are to come.
Our technical copies erase themselves every night: the content of sent messages after 30 days ; responses kept against duplicate submissions after 7 days ; the sign-in log after 90 days ; the log of AI assistant calls after 90 days ; queue events after 30 days ; the content of finished tasks after 30 days.
When we load your information from a file, the file itself is not kept. Its values stay while the import is checked: they are erased once it is validated, at the latest 30 days after it ends. Backups keep them until they rotate out.

Your rights
You may see your information, have it corrected or receive a copy. You may withdraw your consent, for example to reminders. You may ask for it to be erased: we then make it anonymous.

If an incident occurs
We keep a register of confidentiality incidents. If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the people concerned.
